At present, there are two processing methods of stainless steel angle bar on the market:

1.     Cold bending method: Generally, a bending machine is used to roll forming for many times.

Disadvantages:

a 304 stainless is restricted, generally only between 1CM-5CM

b If the curvature is too small, it is prone to deformation

2.     Hot bending method: 304 stainless steel pipe is filled with sand, filled up, high temperature heat treatment and bending, this method is ideal.

Disadvantages: the cost is too high, the expense is large, and it is not suitable for batch production.
